Former deputy chief of the police minister’s cabinet Vanja Vukic says his meeting with Rodoljub Radulovic was “a chance meeting with someone in the street.”
The SPS MP agreed to comment on this event and said the footage was “a method of blackmail of the Democratic Party.”
“I saw this man for the first time. I mean I didn’t know who it was, some person approaches you in the street and tells you whatever,” said Vukic.
Asked to comment on a December 6, 2008 BIA recording showing Radulovic meeting him and holding folder or an envelope in his hand, he said:
“He did not give me an envelope. The envelope is yellow if you look at the footage, at the picture well. You know what an envelope that folds on top looks like. The envelope in the coffee shop is white. And that is a method of blackmail of the Democratic Party.”
Vukic claims he does not know Radulovic and that he approached him in the street that day, as he was returning home.
“Let’s see the film, give us the transcripts of the conversations, what Misha Banana says to me there. I don’t know, a man approached me in the street… some man approached me in the street. I really don’t what know each person said to me seven years ago,” said Vukic.
